Beans, vegetables and kielbasa slowly simmered in a rich chicken stock   4.95.

Caramelized sweet onions, hearty beef stock, finished with a splash of Cognac   4.25.

Baked Onion Soup
Mozzarella and Provolone, with croutons   5.95.

Wisconsin Vegetable Cheese Soup
A creamy blend with vegetables and a hint of Fat Squirrel Nut Brown Ale   4.95.

Romaine, leaf, and iceberg lettuce, hand torn in house, and topped with grape tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrot, red onion, and sesame buds . . . choice of dressing on the side: cranberry vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette, Vidalia onion peppercorn, ranch, French, 1000 Island, Blue cheese, fat free Italian, fat free raspberry vinaigrette, vinegar & oil   4.25     Add artisan blue cheese crumbles   1.75
