  Chef Jason first learned to make these special breads at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the Napa Valley California. His instructor was coach of Team USA who went to France and won the world baking competition. The same recipes and methods that we use at Riverstone to make our wonderful breads are the same that were world class winners there.
